Things I learned playing in ten rock bands

I played the guitar in one rock band and bass in nine more. Here's what I learned.

I should have learned drums instead.
Musicians are not always reliable. Mostly not.
If you get intoxicated and forget all the new material until the next rehearsal you may be fun, but you're not useful.
The more girls are in a band the more fun it is.
It's not a job, but it's way more fun than working one.
A bass has only four strings so it's much easier to play than a guitar (six strings).
