How to mirror password protected content

You can use wget to mirror pages that use cookies to authenticate visitors. That's usually the case when there is a login form on a site.

Raw
wget --keep-session-cookies --save-cookies cookies.txt --post-data 'login=foo&pass=bar' http://example.com/login/
wget --load-cookies cookies.txt --mirror --convert-links http://example.com
